For those of us who like to be hands on whilst flying......disregard this post.......as this was all about flying by 'committee'.....Fabulous fun with some really nice and interesting characters.
The Captain had 28,000 hours and was one of the nicest gentlemen you could hope to meet on the flightdeck....of any aircraft.
The commercial licence allows you to work as a professional pilot and be remunerated for flying. As part of the commercial licence you will gain an instrument rating allowing you to operate under IFR (Instrument Flight Rules)in IMC (Instrument Meteorological Conditions). With a commercial licence you will be eligible for employment with any commercial operation such as charter flying, contract flying, corporate flying, survey flying, agricultural flying, flight instruction and airline flying.
